I normally like to encourage the easy and instant sharing of ideas, but I've had to turn comment moderation on.
This means that I will review all comments before they are posted.
As you can probably guess, it's because our very own sad little troll, whose pathetic fixation on our blog—while eliciting a certain sympathy for his obvious lack of a life of his own—has become tiresome.
He will, no doubt continue to express his vacuousness for a while, but it will not appear on these pages. His shallow ramblings will drop from his keyboard directly into the trash, poor dear.
All other comments will naturally be posted as a matter of course. When the callow child finally finds a girlfriend and moves on, we'll return to un-moderated comments.
And to our little friend: let me anticipate your furious objections and cries of "Freedom of Speech":
Anonymous, honey, you can't come over to my house and insult me and my guests without consequences. Freedom of Speech is something the government cannot infringe.
In my place, I can do it all day long.

Bravo!
ReplyDeleteAlready caught some scum floating on the surface. Moderation works well. And it's so convenient!
