What Evah - those troops in Obamas clip were standing at ATTENTION at the beginning, and you don't clap, or whistle, or say Hoo-ah when standing at attention.
It should also be noted that Bush's shot was in Anbar provence, probably after they kicked some ass. Obamas was at a training facility in the US. Apples to oranges. Which is not to say there aren't some marines that don't like him remember, they don't call em jarheads fer nothing!
