Judge Lewis A. Kaplan needs have his head examined and his motivations looked at closely. He did everything he could to block evidence against Guantánamo Bay detainee terrorist Ahmed Ghailani, who was a key player in the American Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania. Civilian trials for terrorists are ridiculous! Why is this liberal judge, who was appointed by Bill Clinton, so sympathetic to Islamic terrorists who murder hundreds of people in cold blood? pel
