If not because of his sleazy sexual behavior...then certainly because he is too stupid to properly represent his constituents.

I'm not encouraging deception...I'm just stayin' stupid is as stupid does, and maybe you don't want someone who displays that depth of it representing you in Congress.
Good riddance seems in order.
